HR Assessment
HR assessment is a thorough assessment of tactical and strategic Human Resource functions. This assessment includes review of all HR initiatives, processes, procedures, and files that allows us to highlight strengths, pinpoint weaknesses, and provide valuable information in roadmap form to help you bridge the gaps and keep you moving in the right direction.
An assessment includes:
- Interviewing the executive team, Managers/Supervisors/Employees to gain feedback and an overall insight on possible areas of improvement
- Reviewing the current policies and procedures against benchmarked practices, thus helping organizations to become a better workplace
- Auditing documents and files to determine the compliance with the Labour & other local bodies (Labour License etc..)

Conduct an annual Performance Appraisal to assess if they are eligible for a salary hike/Promotion or if they needed a refresher course

Keep a constant eye on the progress of the employees’ career and guide them whenever needed
Exit formalities and feedback
Make sure the exit formalities are completely before an employee leaves, just to find out the reason why they are leaving. Because, it maybe because of some bitter experiences they had experienced while their tenure in the company. It always may not be the case.

Just do a reference check before an employee joins just to find his past work experience

HR Audit
Auditing refers to a comprehensive method of objective and systematic evaluation of current practices, documentation and policies & procedures prevalent in the HR system of the company.
